Dear Editor,

I offer my sincere congratulations to the British High Commission on the recent donation of radar guns to the Police Traffic Department. My only concern is that a realistic speed limit is needed for our roads. I would like to know which truck, lorry or van driver would not exceed 15 mph. Which car or minibus driver would drive a vehicle and not exceed 40 mph. Which motor cyclist would ride his motorcycle at 25 mph or 40 km per hour?
