Dear Editor,
I read the letter of Friday, 13th June headed “Things have changed, America is ready……”    Shall we just wait and see?   I think being on the scene where it is all happening, one has a different perspective from others looking on at arm’s length.   My prayers are with the family. 

Incidentally, in my recent letter I deliberately said  “America as a whole still has some way to go….”     And this is my last word on the subject.
