I thank  Quado Vancooten for his nice letter entitled ‘You never knew Guyana was so beautiful’, SN 2008/06/15.

During the time I worked in Guyana (1999 – 2002) we visited almost all the regions. I worked for VSO and with the other VSO colleagues we made short notes about the places we all visited in Guyana. These notes were put together and the UNDP was so kind to put it on the net.

There is no update (who wants to do that?) but still I think it is a nice compact description of places to go to in Guyana. You can find the travel guide on this address:
