Dear Editor,
I noted a few days ago about thirteen of us were in line at a bank. Of the thirteen persons, eleven held their withdrawal slips in their hands displaying to all that they were going to withdraw cash. Imagine how helpful some of us are to the bandits! The message we send is:
Dear Bandit or Bandits, I am here to withdraw cash.
