Mr. Frederick Kissoon continues to expose a certain amount of misgivings over the recently concluded PPP’s 29th Congress. Many analysts continue to ponder over the alarming lowering of rankings of the Speaker of the National Assembly, Mr. Ralph Ramkarran. I’m sure that no one in the run up to their Congress expected Mr. Ramkarran to be placed out of the top five. Lo and behold he was ranked a very disappointed 22nd. Doubts continue to exist over the electoral process since for many analysts his lowly 22nd ranking cannot be satisfactorily explained at this time.

Mr. Kissoon exposed the very glaring conflict of interest of Dr. Frank Anthony being in charged of the credentials committee and at the same time being a contestant for the central committee. Considering that this is Dr. Anthony’s first attempt as a contestant Mr. Ramkarran ought to feel aggrieved with the electoral process when he looks at the results that show Dr. Anthony  coming in at a highly ranked third.

The dailies stated that 913 votes were cast from a list of 1020 delegates. The PPP would have expected close to 1,500 delegates hence the equivalent amount of ballot sheets would have been printed. The question therefore is what became of those unused/extra ballot sheets. Mr. Kissoon please dig further, we the public need answers. The dramatic elevation of Dr. Anthony at the seeming expense of Mr. Ramkarran makes no sense.
