Dear Editor,
I would appreciate your help with finding, from among your readers, information on the work of Sir John Harrison CMG (1856-1926), Island Professor of Chemistry and Agricultural Science (Barbados, 1879-1889) and Government Analyst, Professor of Chemistry, and Director of Agriculture (British Guiana, 1889-1926).
I am especially interested in accounts not included in the West Indian Bulletin, Timehri, the Journal of the Board of Agriculture of British Guiana, or Masefield’s History of the Colonial Agricultural Service (1972).
My contact is: as445@cornell.edu
Yours faithfully,
Allyson Stoll
