Guyana National Industrial Company (GNIC) reached 205-9 at the close of play on the first day of the Georgetown Cricket Association/Cellink Plus-sponsored first division final yesterday at the Georgetown Cricket Club ground, Bourda.

GNIC lost the toss and were sent in.

They survived overcast batting conditions, batting the entire 90 overs allotted with former national Under1-9 player Ejaz Mohammed scoring a half century while skipper Rayon Griffith narrowly missed one……
