West Indian Sports Complex badminton tourney starts today

The Guyana Badminton Association West Indian Sports Complex-sponsored boys and girls’ singles tournament will commence this afternoon at the Queen’s College badminton Courts.
The tournament which follows on the heels of the recently concluded Open doubles tournament will involve play in the Under-11, 13, 15 and 17 categories.
Over 70 players have registered so far for the tournament which will run daily from 4:30 pm to 6:30pm.
