Guyana Football Federation  (GFF) president Colin Klass along with GFF general secretary Noel Adonis and Aubrey ‘Shanghai’ Major will leave Guyana this morning for Sydney, Australia where they will attend a Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) Congress which starts  on Wednesday, and an International Football Federation (FIFA) Congress which will be held May 29 and 30 also in Sydney, Australia.

Klass,  vice-president of the Caribbean Football Union (CFU), Major, who is a member of CFU’s Referee’s Committee and Adonis, will lobby for FIFA’s developmental programmes to come to the region.

“We at the CONCACAF Level will definitely be lobbying for FIFA’s developmental programmes to be introduced in this part of the region. It would definitely benefit us here in the region as it includes referees and women’s developmental programmes along with technical support,” said Klass……
