The Guyana Amateur Body Building and Fitness Federation (GABBFF) will be embarking on an outreach programme ahead of its senior championships set for August 10.

According to a release from secretary of the GABBFF Franklyn Wilson, the executives  plan to meet with athletes and trainers in Berbice, Linden, West Demerara and Georgetown. The meeting in Berbice is set for Sunday while the meeting in Linden will be held on  Wednesday.

A combined meeting is planned  for West Demerara and Georgetown meeting which will be held in the city at a venue to be announced.

According to the release, the GABBFF will be using the opportunity to discuss issues relating to the sport, athletes’ development and to get feedback about the concerns and challenges of the athletes.
Athletes and officials in these areas are asked to make every effort to attend these meetings.
