Elim B and Heavenly Light A blew away their competition last  weekend at the National Gymnasium in the Network Deliverance Ministry’s Inter-Church Futsal Competition.

Of the eight contested games on Saturday, World Vision and New Covenant were on the receiving end with the largest defeats.

Phillip Rowley’s hat-trick and Rondell Adams’ double proved too much for World Vision as they fell to Elim B 8–4 in their battle. Timothy Telford, Karama Holder and Owen Pinder recorded one goal each for Elim B while Terrence Wharton’s hat-trick had no effect on the opposition even as Ronald Murray supported with a goal.

Doubles from Heavenly Light A’s Delon Willians and Jevon Lycott and a single from Julian Harry left New Covenant in shambles in that encounter which ended 5-0.

Heavenly Light B won 4–2 against Emanuel Victory and Praise, Zafanauth Peters claimed a double for Heavenly Light with support from Michael Young and Sherwin Anderson who thumped in one each while Yonnick Parker and Malvor Ross scored one goal each for Emanuel Victory.

Raymond Mohamed joined the doubles club when he scored against True Warriors of God for ‘Love and Faith’ while Leon Ramcharran scored for True Warriors as they lost 1–2.

Double trouble for the Fountain of Life as Beacon Ministries A’s duo of Colwyn Barnwell and Orson Washington blasted doubles against them in a 5–3 final result.

Keoma Sullivon also scored a goal for Beacon Ministries while Kenard Reidwaild, Takari Byno and Gavin Sparman accounted for Fountain of Life’s three goals.

Elim A reaped a 4–2 victory against Harvest time, Sherwin Vincent hatched a hat-trick while Randolph Singh supported with a goal for Elim A even as Leande Fergus matched a double for Harvest Time.

Network Deliverance inflicted a 5–3 defeat on J.D.M.I. Lomell Johnson scored a helmet-trick and Averell Johnson delivered a goal for Network Deliverance. J.D.M.I’s Alex Murray jammed a hat-trick in response to Johnson’s helmet-trick but it fell short of giving them a chance at victory.

A double and a single from Odell and Darren Williams accounted for the three goals Beacon Ministries B conceded against Tucville A.O.G. while Linden Pickett fired one in for Beacon Ministries to trouble the board at 3–1.
