Banks DIH tapeball cricket team will do battle with Correia Group of Companies All Stars team as the Friday Evening Floodlights 20-overs-a-side tapeball cricket series continue this evening at the Thirst Park ground.

The Beverage giants have been on a roll with two wins so far and will be looking to maintain their unbeaten run but Correia All Stars have been training hard over the past three weeks and will be carrying that attack to the home team.

Banks DIH named a 14-man team to be captained by Owen Grannum and will include Otis George, Randy Carroll, Navindranauth Puran, Delon Cox, Satesh Harrinandan, Seon Simpson, Steven Waldron, Glenford Stephens, Marvin Belle, Jermaine Martin, Narvin Allen, Yugesh Kissoon, Claron Monchoir with the manager being Collis Willie.

Correia All Stars also named a strong line up skippered by Thahurdial Rampersaud, Dexter Limerick, George Singh, Shawn Williams, Colin Macnichol, Chris Kawlessar, Warren Oudkerk, Travis Reid, Raman Rahmatulla, Paramdial Singh and Thekeer Gobin.

The manager is Captain Andre Farinha.

Correia Group of Companies donated two trophies that will go to the winning team and the winner of the Man-of-the-Match award.

Play starts at 18:00 hours and another large crowd is anticipated.
