Mahaica and Buxton United record victories

- Buxton United U-15 and BVTU battle to draw

Mahaica and Buxton United defeated Bakewell Buxton and Ann’s Grove respectively at the Buxton Community Centre ground when the East Coast of Demerara Football Association’s (ECDFA) Mackeson League continued.

Mahaica overpowered Bakewell Buxton 2 – 1; Buxton United got past Ann’s Grove 2 – 1 and Buxton U-15 and Beterverwagting/Triumph United played to a stalemate.

Clive Andries drew first blood for Buxton United in the second half when he scored a 52nd minute goal before Dwayne Peters of Ann’s Grove found the equaliser five minutes later.
Orson Washington scored the golden goal for Buxton United in the 70th minute for the win.

Bakewell Buxton suffered a tragic defeat at the hands of Mahaica, compliments of Tremaine Richmond and Colin Peters who scored goals in the 77th and 82nd minutes respectively.
