I wish the sports writer had more imagination and could articulate the events in a more logical and cohesive manner. It would have been more informative if the score board was printed with a note at the bottom saying that Dowlin had decline the captaincy What's with his resignation anyway? Something more should have been said about that. Where are the investigative instincts of this sport's journalist? Is he too friendly to Dowlin or does he have ties with the Demerara Cricket board? Did he even pursue an interview with either party? We want to know the truth; we demand that it be presented to us in the highest of literary quality without bias and prejudice.
