At a simple presentation held at the company’s headquarters 212 D’ Andrade Street, Newtown Kitty, proprietor Charles Ceres said that he’s been friends with the organisors for quite some time but this is the first occasion that he has come on board in sponsoring the event.

Ceres said that previously he has been sponsoring table tennis, basketball and hockey and this will be the first time he will be contributing to a football event.

Co-organisor Aubrey “Shanghai” Major said that they are more than pleased to receive the contribution from the company and will be looking forward for their continued support.

The Kashif and Shanghai tournament features 16 of the country’s top clubs and will kick off in Linden at the Mackenzie Sports Club ground on Sunday, December 14, following the opening ceremony.
