At Church’s Chicken, Camp Street location yesterday, an undisclosed sum of money was handed over to the Director of K&S Aubrey ‘Shanghai’ Major by Gregory De Gannes who is the Director of the fast food service which began its operations here in March 2006.

“The Kashif and Shanghai organization is extremely grateful for this donation at the last moment when we were in need of the funding,” Major stated.

“Church’s Chicken is happy to be associated with the Kashif & Shanghai organization and we would like to continue our support in sports in Guyana,” De Gannes stated.

He added that they have been involved in sport for sometime with partnerships in basketball and cricketing and are looking forward to bigger and better things for the future.
