The AFC should also explore the opportunity for education, skill training, finance, loans, land etc; for the establishment of micro and medium entrepreneural business by members of these communities, particularly, agro business which has a huge potential for meeting the growing demand for food. Communities that are economically strong and independent, offers greater prospect for the growth of social security, political stability, freedom and democracy. These concrete economic ventures in poor and vulnerable communities, will not only enhance them economically but politically ; it will help these communities, to assert and take ownership, of their civil and political rights. This is a step in the right direction and the AFC should be commended and encouraged, to pursue these concrete economic activity, directly in these vulnerable and poor communities. The same question I will also ask of the other parties that have seats in Parliment, where are you when the tasks at hand are more complicated than giving away a few seedlings to people that don't even boter to turn up?
