I agree with u Desilusionada!, if it was possible, all Guyanese (who can) should travel there to get some answers, but we also might end in the lockups, don’t forget, speak against the Government while visiting , not me!!!!, I have freedom right here, no need to be in a jail that can’t feed me.

Never was jailed in this freedom Country the (USA,) why go there to be jailed and hungry.

Let’s see how this thing goes. When you march on the streets, you are anti-Government/anti-Guyana/anti-PPP/pro-PNC. When you speak up in public, you are anti-Jagdeo/(as with Yesu)/or pro-Crime/PNC (Hinckson, Benschop, Hammie, Ramjattan et al.); when you refuse to accept mediocrity and leave, you are anti-Guyana/PPP/pro-‘foreign’, etc.; when you comment, you are racist or bigoted (one way or the other); when you just go about your business of surviving in Guyana, you deserve the Government you get! So, any suggestions on how to effect change while avoiding the labels? Maybe if all o’ we get we behind on a set o’ charters and fly down there and turn up in front of OP then we would get something done, eh? NOPE. WE WOULD ALL BE ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH TREASON!

You have some people who would say that Guyana has the government the people deserve, cause they are too complacent to demand answers from such an incompetent administration. Even Jagdeo contracdicted what Luncheon said a couple days ago about the spy equipment.

Mr Arokium has said that the miners and soldiers at the head of the road interacted with each other on what it seems to be on a regular basis. In otherwords they were neighbourly. They shared meat,cigarettesand most likely drinks and food. For none of the military men to see hear and not know there was gunfire and or a fire at that camp is sheer nonsense. I believe what is being said by the camp owner. Not one single person in govt has come forward to debunk these statements as it was stated. These men knew the identity of their killers. On a side note Mr Sharma is “silenced” by the Jagdeo PPP so we can’t get any live broadcast.

Compare “Ballistics test match Lindo Creek shells to Lusignan, Bartica massacres, other crimes – Police” (today’s Chronic) with “Wong told reporters that while he was at the camp site on Sunday, a soldier said that the shell looked like the ones they used and when he checked the number at the back of his shell against his, it was a match.” (above). Guyana is an ongoing and shameful tragedy

Have the Police closed off the crime scene so that there can be no tampering of evidence?
Can Mr Wong remember the soldier who matched the shell? This may be the first real step towards solving this crime.
What about Dr Nehaul? If he did not reach the crime scene, how can he give a verdict on the killings?
We really really need some independent investigation, possibly from the US.

This is turning out to be a blame game and the media is causing it all in the name of profit. I hope the president and the government are serious about getting justice here. The owner received two phone calls, those persons have evidence how come we are not hearing about them anymore. If they are then they should get to the owner, he has some info from those two phone calls.

I don’t know this area but just a tought. One side is blaming the JS and one side blaming fineman. Does anyone ever thing about a possible revenge by the brazilians for all those brazilians that were killed and robbed in GT recently?

One of the dailies (KN) carried an article about a Bell chopper that mysteriously went out of service recently. To date no reports on exactly when and why this bird stopped flying? I asked earlier what could the pilot have seen from that vantage point and reported to HQ that prompted the decision to pull the ‘eye-in-the-sky’? After all, “who see see and who din see ain’t want see.”

my sincere sympathy goes out to all the families of the deceased, i believe justification is of God and God alone. And i am confident of this that one day whosever has done such a wicked thing will confess i also believe that the answer to this is by carrying out a ballistic test on the joint services gun i shall in no way condone wrong the same way and the same treatment they have for fineman i hope it would me ministered to those that are responsible when caught i live in guyana for years and both the bandits and the js have something in common

How many shells were recovered? As I said yesterday it is possible whoever did this observed late that they made a mistake, whether Fineman or JS and possibly had a confrontation with the remaining living miners at that point, and being recognised and the threat to report the matter to the authorities they were hammered.

What other observation can Mr. Wong remember? Also, I posted the question about the fire and smoke. If you are covering that area there is the great possibility that smoke should have been observed even fire from the air. How come this was not observed. Then one may asked, what kind of air servellience was carried out?

Would a fleeing gang consume so much of their time to carry out this atrocity, knowing that they are in hot persuit and had to run and leave so much weaponry?

Somebody who was involved needs to come out and speak, maybe make a deal with the authorities so that we can solve the crime. If you know someone who did ask him/her to come forward.
