the soldier should have beaten the police sargeant good. If there was any breaking of the law, the sargeant had a right to call another police to investigate. Maybe the police was the one driving badly and felt a sense of entitlement . he probably wanted the bike to stop for him. Thats how the play police behave in Guyana. hell with them.

in a civic society,the police is the law enforcement officer.
What should have happen .the police involved should have called for another officer to “ticket the infraction”,but thats guyana for you.
