Are we in for anther cover up? How can you leave Mentally Challenged individuals unattended with assumedly no attendants or security.

As a Public Institution the operating policies and the adminstrative structure of the Institution needs to be reviewed and improved upon.

Is the responsible inmate going to be charged for manslaughter?

u cannot call someone incompetent when they were never trained to become a mental health nurse. In Guyana, as nurses we were never trained in any specialised area. As thus we are just general nurses. So blame it on the incompetent government.
