The sugar workers have resorted to 'Getting it right' for themselves. Since colonial times governments have incorrectly assumed that the Sugar workers are uneducated dunces, all the while missing the fundamental fact, that is, these folks can accurately count (balance) their money for labour faster than we can do ours.
