I agree 100% with Romain Khan comments regarding the above situation. I am a fellow Guyanese living overseas. I returned home for a holiday in 2003 and the noise nuisance was so horrendous. It is really shocking to see that the government is doing nothing about the matter. Come on government! Enforce this noise nuisance law, and stop Guyana from being a MAD HOUSE country.
