The laws of Guyana are applied when the poor and helpless commit acts that are contrary to the rule of law.
When the rich and influential break these very same laws they are allowed to get off scot free in most cases and with little or no punishment in others. For example, magistrate Gilhuys, after discharging a firearm at a police officer in the line of duty, he has still not been charged. This very magistrate must have put many persons in jail for having an unlicensed firearm in their possession. I can list many other instances.

Sandhurst First —-he was charged for a terrorists act —he should not be given bail . In other countries like the USA –they are deny bail (eg the iraqisthat are held in Quantanamo ) . This is a serious offence –he should stay in Jail irrespective of who they are . What good did Hinckson do for Guyana in serving his country —he had troubles after a few years as he got back from sandsurst . Let me remind you that he also had problems with the previous administaration .

The Guyana Government ought to stop its “POPPY SHOW” in that if one looks at the Military History of the Guyanese Soldier they will see that have always (except for a few bad apples) conducted themselves in a most professional manner and the Germans during WWII were aware of the capabilities of the “ALLIED FORCES” (comprising of British Guiana nationals) only too well; and, if it were a question of “R-A-C-E”; then, BRAZIL with the largest population of AFRICANS outside of AFRICA then it would have been “easy pickings” for the dominant AFRO-GUYANESE Military Forces. Against this background it is any wonder “who” will take responsibility for the reportedly “HUNDREDS” of Afro-Guyanese nationals killed in recent years; and, an abatement occurring only after approaches were made to the Caribbean Community, the British, American and Canadian Governments.
