Unlike Guyana, the Federal sentencing guidelines calls for specific sentencing, this individual was given probation because his “POINTS” added up to probation based on his willingness to testify and cooperate with the Federal proscuters in future cases involving other individuals who he may have performed the same services for…just sit tight, get you popcorn and soft drink and enjoy.

There has to be more to this story. The punishment does not fit the crime. He was on 5M bail for this.
