And, the &#039;socialist&#039; led administration in Guyana is raking in billions of  &#039;capitalist&#039; dollars via VAT.

let us hope this money is not spent on political patronage, ( characteristic of the administration) and the PPP&#039;s pet and propaganda projects.</description>
