In desperation, it is a chance you are taking. The risks were previously weighed, and the resignation was fixed. That if caught, you will pay the penalty. If you get through, you will never come back.It so happenes, some are lucky to escape what they do not like in Guyana in this manner,some are not. This unfortunately,is what is happening in Guyana today. Point of note. Some prominent politicians and top figures in Guyana got away with more forgeries and criminal acts, and were never prosecuted. This is the Guyana experience.
