this ‘carpenter’ then Troy Garraway, was charged with murder, then aquited of manslaughter before a Judge in the High Court 3-4 years ago. I think he got off on some ‘technicality’. the circumstances of the charges will offer some insights into his character. Go do your home work Stabroeknews!!
