According to a WRHM Capitol News report, Ghalee’s co-accused Danvor Griffith 38, showed up in court yesterday but there was no sign of Khan.

Meanwhile the man’s relatives said that they could not locate him.

Khan and Griffith were both busted on November 3 after a cocaine drop was allegedly made at a New York location. The two were reportedly tracked after leaving Guyana but were allowed to make the drop at the New York location where they were eventually picked up by Federal Agents.

Khan, a 31-year-old businessman and promoter, who owns a clothing store in Georgetown appeared in court the week following his arrest and was granted US$200,000 bail by Justice Ramon E. Reyes on a charge of distributing cocaine.

His co-accused Griffith had already appeared before the Brooklyn Federal court the Monday following his arrest on narcotics related charges and was granted US$250,000 bail but on the condition that his mother sign over her house to the US government.
