I warned about the EDWC and the release of the water that these unbelievably, non-caring, visionless people will be doing!!! Why wasn't water levels kept to bare minimum before the rains? Why wasn't water released as the level of the canal rose to keep it manageable? Why did they have to wait until the water level reaches 'dangerous' before they open the flood gates on villages that are already swimming??? I said it before on a previous blog.
