arrive.jpgSt Lucia’s inaugural music awards was held a week ago and Guyana’s Sonia Noel got the nod to outfit MC Charlene Baptiste.

Noel also attended the glitzy event, rubbing shoulders with many A-list regional and international music industry movers and shakers at the Gaiety on Rodney Bay. A press release from the designer said a special invitation was extended to Noel and she graciously accepted……
