Hello, I found your website to be quite informative. I had someone make me some green seasoning when I was at Carifesta in Guyana last year. I've experienced it in Trinidad as well but the Guyanese flavour hit me HARD. I literally traveled with a LARGE bottle of it back home. Since then I've been mincing on it not wanting it to be done. I've spread the word around to a few friends here in Nassau and will be referring them to your site. I love the freshness and the explosion of flavour that the green seasoning brings and will use your recipe to make my own. Thank you for your creative culinary insight.
