A resident provided the musical accompaniment which was a mix of catchy soca tunes for the mash tramp which began at the railway embankment and proceeded through Church of God Road to the main public road.

The parade then made its way through Company Road and back to the embankment through Friend-ship Road; assembling at the Buxton Community Centre Ground, a press release from the party said.

Opposition Leader Robert Corbin who participated in the celebrations commended organizers, the Buxton Spice Mango Girls for a job well done. He said the turn-out was splendid.
