A national policy for senior citizens is being drafted by the Commission on the Elderly, Minister of Human Services and Social Security, Priya Manickchand says.

Her statement was contained in a written response to a question posed by PNCR-1G Member of Parliament, Volda Lawrence in the National Assembly.
In her response yesterday, Manickchand said that efforts are underway to complete the document “soonest”.
