The police are seeking the public’s assistance in indentifying the body of a man who was the victim of a fatal accident at Soesdyke Public Road, East Bank Demerara around 10.40 pm on April 26.

According to a release from the police, the man, of African descent, around 45 years of age and 5’ 6” in height was thinly built and dark in complexion. His body was found clad in a grey sleeveless shirt, cream short pants and was barefooted when it was found.

The body is now at the Lyken Funeral Home and anyone with information that may lead to the identification of the deceased is asked to contact the police on telephone numbers 225-6411, 225-6941, 227-1149, 225-7625, 225-8196, 911 or the nearest police station.
