The Chairman of the Police Complaints Authority (PCA) will be meeting residents of Santa Rosa in the Moruka district on Saturday, July 11.

In a press release the PCA said Chairman Cecil Kennard will receive complaints from the public at the Administration Building from 10am.

This is the chairman’s first visit to the area, therefore the CPA urges the public to attend as he aims to sensitise citizens about the existence and the role of the Authority.
According to the release Kennard has already visited several rural areas including Linden, Port Kaituma and Lethem. Plans are in train for visits to Bartica, New Amsterdam, Mabaruma, Anna Regina and Wakenaam.
