Enmore man’s body found in trench

The partially decomposed body of a man was found in a trench between Enmore and Foulis, East Coast Demerara yesterday morning.

Dead is 52-year-old Totaram Samaroo of Enmore South, ECD.

According to a police press release, the body was found around 8 am. No marks of violence were seen on the body. Stabroek News understands that the man had been missing from his home since Friday midday.

The police are awaiting the results of the post-mortem examination. The body is currently at the Lyken Funeral parlour.
