The Bagotville Post Office which is undergoing rehabilitation works has been temporarily  relocated to the La Grange/Nismes Neighbourhood Democratic Council compound.

A press release from the Post Office Corporation said  that “this action arose out of concerns about the protection and safety of staff and customers operating at this Post Office.” The works are expected to be completed in one month.

And last month  similar action was taken when the Mahaica Post Office was being rehabilitated to the tune of $1.9M. This work was completed within one month and staff as well as customers are now quite comfortable operating from the renovated building, the release added.
