According to a press release from the school, Headmistress Beverly Daly told parents that the school though one of excellence, was not just about high academic performance, but also about discipline and producing well-rounded citizens at the end of their school career. Canvassing parents support for the work the school is doing, she urged them to have their children participate in the school’s extra-curricular activities, which develops their other skills and talents as well as sports and games.

Shelly Harris, a senior staff member, outlined the procedure to be followed by parents in cases of misdemeanours.

Several parents sought clarifications on the issues addressed.

The orientation also saw members of the Board of Governors addressing parents.
