Police have suspended the licence of a woman, charged with causing the death of Fizal Hussain by driving dangerously, pending the outcome of the matter.

Valine Ramotar of Lot 832 Canefield, Canje, Berbice allegedly caused the man’s death on December 8 last year at Number 11 Public Road, Berbice.

The woman’s case, a police press release indicated last evening, is currently being heard by the court and her licence will remain suspended pending the outcome of the matter.
