The Guyana Ahmadiyya Anjuman Isha’at-I-Islam says that the self-sacrifice, the acts of divine worship and the recommended practices of charity during Ramadhan will turn a shining light on man’s duty to his Creator and to his fellow humankind.

In a Ramadhan Mubarak message, the organisation noted that “as man moves away from the path of spirituality and becomes more materialistic, the finer qualities have been replaced by the vanities of the world, and we are now witnessing all the results that accompany such a state.”
