Motorcyclist killed after hitting cow

A 23-year-old Berbice resident died on Tuesday night after his motorcycle collided with a cow on the Corentyne Public Road.

Police last night said that Suranja Mackhan was riding his motorcycle, CF 2246, on the public road at  Number 46 Village, Corentyne, public road when he collided with a cow.

He was rushed to the Skeldon Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
