GWI explains bills, meters on TV show tonight

Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI) will broadcast a special edition of its ‘Customer Alert’ television programme tonight, dealing with metering and how to read the GWI bill.

According to a release from GWI, the programme will feature an illustration on how customers can read their own water meters, as well as a detailed explanation on how to read the GWI bill. 

GWI’s Customer Service Manager (Georgetown) Roylene Fernandes  and its Metering Officer Ronston Enoe will be on the programme which will highlight how customers can provide GWI with an actual reading from their water meter. Customers who are unable to properly read their water bill will be offered a full explanation on every aspect of the GWI bill.

The programme will air at 20:15 hrs (8.15pm) today on NCN Channel and will be rebroadcast at 08.30 hrs tomorrow on the same channel. 

GWI’s Customer Alert is a weekly television programme, produced and presented by the Public Relations Department of GWI. The objective of the programme is to update viewers on the issues and events surrounding the nation’s water sector.
