Colwyn King file with DPP

The police have sent the file on the allegations made against Guyana Teachers Union (GTU) President, Colwyn King to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) for advice.
A senior police official told this newspaper yesterday that the file was completed and sent to the DPP a few days ago.

On October 14, King was taken into police custody after an allegation was made against him.

He was released on bail the following day while police continued their investigations.
