According to a Barbados Nation report 32-year-old Bhuall Kheimraj, a construction worker of The Whim, St Peter Barbados, appeared in the Holetown Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Ian Weekes accused of murdering Chanelle Drakes, 45, also of the same area sometime between March 4 and October 27. He was not required to plead and was remanded until November 23.

The report said Drakes went missing on March 4 and her remains were found on Tuesday in a heavily wooded area just metres behind her home.
