Illegal gun found in Tundra

A man was arrested after an illegal firearm and eight matching rounds were discovered in a Tundra by Police on Saturday night.

In a press release last evening police said a mobile patrol stopped and searched the motor vehicle at Sheriff and Garnett streets at about 9.20 pm. They discovered a .38 pistol with eight matching rounds.

Investigations, police stated, are continuing.
