Supenaam man found with cocaine in house

An Essequibo Coast resident is in custody after police found a quantity of cocaine in his home last Friday night.

Stabroek News understands that police, acting on a tip, went to the man’s Supenaam home, where after a search netted 35 grammes of cocaine concealed in a hole in the ground, next to his bed. He is in custody at the Suddie Police Station and will be charged shortly.
