Castellani House is hosting an exhibition and sale of artists’ works for the Christmas season, a news release said.

Works by several Guyanese artists including Trevor Alfred, Carl Anderson, Merlene Ellis, Oswald Hussein, Terry Roberts, Gary Thomas and Josefa Tamayo will be on show and on sale in the ground floor galleries at the National Gallery.

The gallery is inviting members of the public to visit and view the paintings and sculpture on show and to consider buying a beautiful work of Guyanese art as a unique and memorable gift for Christmas, for themselves, family or friends, the release said.

Other gifts and blank gallery greeting cards will also be on sale in the gallery shop in the entrance foyer at Castellani House.

The exhibition of works will be open to the public until December 31. The gallery is open from 10 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and from 2 pm to 6 pm on Saturdays but it is closed on Sundays and holidays.
