		<description>I do not see how you can call for a Caribbean Body and the end to self regulation at the same time.  The best thing that has happened to the accounting profession in Guyana is the implementation of regular quality assessments by the ACCA.  A Caribbean body would suffer from exactly the same issues as does the Guyanese body when it comes to the maintenance of standards and the implementation of a robust disciplinary process.</description>
