Why couldn't Sam Hinds ever ever be considered or nominated for position of presidential candidate for the PPP? Hasn't he served enough years (1992-present)as PM, hasn't he served the party loyally and possibly with distinction? Isn't he ideologically compatible with the philosophy of the party? Why couldn't he be accepted for full membership of the party - and therefore be eligible for full benefits, including being considered for the top leadership position?
