Who will act on those complaints anyway? Jagdeo lacks the backbone to do anything about the GT&T monopoly. And the PUC seems to have lost its focus and responsibility that it owes to the Guyanese public. Meanwhile the public is the scapegoat who pays GT&T for poor and unacceptable services. Perhaps some street protest in front of the PUC and Jagdeo office may bring some relief! It is time to end GT&T monopoly. The Guyanese people deserved better!
